Suz Copenhafer, Account Manager
Suz began her career in the printing industry in 1978. Her experience
includes everything from working bindery and running press,
to print estimating and customer service. With a Bachelor of
Fine Arts degree from Central Michigan University, Suz is known
for her attention to detail, and offers her clients total dedication
to a job well done. Suz has worked for Koke Printing since 1990.

Shirley Arnold, Account Manager
Shirley possesses a wealth of knowledge about digital, web,
and offset printing—and enjoys coordinating the production
of high-quality printed materials. She has 18 years of experience
and insight from her roles in sales and sales management, marketing,
and client relations. Her strengths include creating efficiencies,
solving problems, and improving productivity. Shirley has an
enthusiastic and uncompromising work ethic, which is demonstrated
by her dedication to the success of her clients.

Layne Kilcrease, Account Manager
Layne has over 20 years of print, marketing, and advertising experience—including several years as an account executive for two prominent Northwest newspapers. In addition to training in design, copy writing, branding, proofing, and editing - she has taken several sales, marketing, and branding related courses from ONPA and PNNEA. This combination has given her a well-rounded approach in working with print media, and enables her to better understand clients' needs. In her free time, Layne's hobbies include organic gardening, landscaping, collecting international recipes, cooking, hiking, bird watching, reading, and animal rescue. |

Lisa Degelmann, Inside Sales Support
Lisa began her printing career as a teenager, working as a proofreader
for a small town newspaper. Additional positions at small commercial
print shops allowed her to gain experience in virtually every
aspect of the industry. Lisa's wealth of knowledge and attention
to detail enables her to oversee projects as they proceed through
the printing process. She has worked for Koke Printing for 12
years. |

Vickie Ryan, Inside Sales Support
Vickie began working for Koke Printing in 1990, and has over 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of the printing process. She began her career as a typesetter, and is currently involved with administrative support for sales and pre-production. When the printing industry went digital Vickie mastered all types of hardware and software programs, and is an invaluable source of help and information for designers as well as our prepress department. Vickie's other interests include vintage cars, architecture, trivia, gardening, and people-watching.
